Remove property using your members control panel.

What if I forget?

It's you that gets pestered!

Does fookit sell my property?

No.

No.

So what's the idea?

You use our website to advertise property instead of estate agents taking a fat fee.

Can I update my property details?

Yes using your members control panel you can alter everything except property address.

Can I update my personal details?

Yes again using control panel.

What if I already have an estate agent can I also use fookit?

Of course we welcome you.

Can estate agent use fookit?

Unfortunately no!

Can property developers use fookit?

Yes.

Can landlords or letting agents use fookit?

Yes.

Can I advertise commercial property on fookit?

Not yet. But we are working on it.

If I see a property I want what next?

Contact the advertiser using contact info.

Do I need a solicitor?

It's advisable.

Do I need a mortgage lender or a bank?

Yes if you're going to borrow money to buy property.

How do I make an offer for a property I want?

Contact advertiser direct using contact info provided in advert.
